General
We are friendly hosts with many years' experience in the Cornish holiday industry. 

We are passionate about offering our Guests a relaxing and most enjoyable holiday experience and we will work with you in good faith should you need to make any changes to your booking, or if you have any queries. 

We look forward to welcoming you to 14 Granite Henge for a special Cornish holiday. 

Terms and Conditions

• Strictly no smoking or vaping in the bungalow.
• No chip pans, candles or open fires in the bungalow or complex.
• No children under 2 years of age in the complex.
• No pets in the complex.
• No children under 5 years of age allowed in the pool.​
  
• Children under 15 years of age must be supervised in the pool area as there is no lifeguard.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 persons in the bungalow.
  

These are the rules of the Granite Henge complex and the Management Committee.

Booking and Deposits

• A £200 deposit is payable upon booking being confirmed.
• If the £200 deposit is not paid within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed, the bungalow may be let to another party.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the booking date. The payment date for the balance will be clearly stated on the booking confirmation email.
• Any bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday commencing will need to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed.
• A 50% refund will be issued if a cancellation is made if there is more than 6 weeks before the check in date.
• No refund if a cancellation is less than 6 weeks before the check in date.
• We encourage guests who wish to cancel to provide as much notice as possible so that alternative booking dates can be considered, where possible. This is strictly at the Owners' discretion.
• Owners do not offer any kind of insurance scheme to cover holiday risks and cancellation. Therefore it is highly recommended that you cover yourself for any unforeseen circumstances.
